His extensive experience in the field is complemented by his certification as a Handle With Care Trainer, reflecting his commitment to implementing safe, effective, and compassionate interventions. Timothy’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping the crisis intervention protocols at Ability Matters, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of care and effectiveness.
Originally from Newark, NJ, Timothy’s journey in behavioral management has been driven by a deep passion for helping others navigate challenging situations. Outside of his professional life, Timothy enjoys spending time in the kitchen, exploring different genres of music and staying active through various sports. He is a dedicated family man, married to DaShona Peak, and together they are the proud parents of six children. Timothy’s commitment to his family and his community is a testament to his character and values, both personally and professionally.
