Under the leadership of our CEO, Dr. Kristyn Butler, who earned her PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education from The Ohio State University, Ability Matters has grown to over 300 highly trained staff members. Our team now serves individuals with disabilities and their families in education, housing, day services and intervention. We actively invest in each team member to help them reach their highest potential, and we take pride in supporting them as they pursue their life’s calling.
