Latoya Budram attended Columbus State Community College and gained valuable experience working for other agencies before joining Ability Matters as a Direct Service Provider in January 2016. Her dedication and expertise led to her promotion to Compliance Director, where she now plays a key role in ensuring the organization meets the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.
