Cody joined Ability Matters as a Direct Service Provider in March 2021 and quickly became known for his caring, dedicated, and kind approach. With experience as a Behavioral Assistant working with elementary students, he has a strong passion for teaching and helping others. In recognition of his commitment and expertise, Cody was recently promoted to Assistant Director of Medicaid Services in 2024.
