Andrew began his career at Ability Matters as a Direct Service Provider in the Day Services department, where he had the opportunity to connect with an exceptional young man. When he transitioned to school, Andrew was invited to join the Education department to continue supporting him. Now, as an Assistant Director, he has the privilege of engaging with all of our students and staff. Outside of his work at Ability Matters, Andrew enjoys traveling, both with the organization and on his own.
