Rick joined Ability Matters as the Human Resources Director in 2023. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. In his free time, Rick enjoys watching Ohio State sports, playing volleyball, and spending time outdoors.
