Ability Matters provides Intervention Services for families and individuals with severe disabilities in crisis. Our intervention team is highly trained to work with individuals with severe behavior disabilities.  In collaboration with families, school districts, agencies, and hospitals, the intervention team works to transition individuals from institutional settings to home-based settings or supported independent living successfully.
