Leanne brings over 10 years of experience working with diverse populations, including 5.5 years in residential care for young adults and 4.5 years with adults at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC). After her tenure at ODRC, she joined Ability Matters and took on a program manager role. Recently, Leanne was promoted to Director of Scheduling, where she demonstrates exceptional organizational and time management skills.
