Ability Matters was created in collaboration with parents who believe their children should have the support and guidance they need to live, work and participate fully in their community now and in the future. Ability Matters is a provider agency that emphasizes community inclusion and serves individuals with disabilities. We believe that all individuals can contribute to their community and reap many benefits from community involvement.  Employing care providers with specialized training and experience, Ability Matters is able to accommodate consumers with a variety of educational, social and behavioral needs.  Our CEO, Dr. Kristyn Butler, PhD, received her PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education from The Ohio State University. She has spent her career serving special needs students and their families in Central Ohio school districts and in the private sector, both at Oakstone and as the Special Education Director for Dublin City Schools.
